Think about it Mr Winick owns 20% of TFN. If this spin-off is indeed TFN why the heck would you want to hold BKMP? when you can buy and own a larger percentage if you have the money to buy those prefered shares?. IMHO BKMP is done. those who held for the divi's and sold at .0008 /.0007 made out like bandits. makes no sense to hold BKMP all the way down to .0003 or lower. But no worries if you have the free divi's then you've made up your loss and then some if those shares are truly free trading.
