OK Flip Dollaz, I'm not going to advise you, but as a multi-month silent shareholder, I did call Mr Cashman today and left a "concerned" message on his phone about the Nevada dissolution issue. And a few minutes ago he returned my call, with his name on caller ID.

First of all, he did say that he was dissolving the Nevada domicile and he is redomiciling in Wyoming. This will save our company about $13,000 in annual fees, so I guess you can't argue with that.

He also said that business was very good, particularly with the refrigerated vehicles which have multi-year bookings already. He said that the company had deliberately delayed releasing news until after Labor Day because news tends to be ignored during the summer. He did say that in the next two weeks there will be a considerable amount of news released, although he did say that he wasn't sure anything would be released this week.

But the BIG news is that Service Team is not being dissolved, just redomiciling to Wyoming. I will say that I was deeply impressed with the enthusiasm with which he talked about the company's quarter and the future. And when I mentioned that many shareholders felt the company was doing much better than the depressed stock price indicated, he told me that the company was on target to achieve it's sales goals.

GLTA. A dicey start to the week, but IMHO, it looks like a great opportunity to pick up some real cheapies.
