In order for the Newco to get listed on the OTC market they will need to provide the past 2 years of audited statements.... That's why WM caught up on their financials..... no one wants a Pink, but there is a lot more value in the ability to uplist on the OTC than being stuck on the Pinks for 2 years....

I really don't know where you get the stuff you post from..... if you had taken a company public before you would know this stuff....
