I bought a shell once and took a new company public. Shells come encumbered with debt and old share holders- the value of shell depends on how dirty it is. Shells sell for $20K to $100K plus. WM has 22 patents in 22 countries for the ONLY App based Moto Meter. IMO the value is $1 Billion
