poorTrader02, I called V-Finance yesterday and had a good talk with a supervisor from the Trading Desk for OTC Stock, they have Restricted stock from 2004 that the Restrictions have expired on, They "DO NOT HAVE ANY NEW FREE TRADING STOCK" The company is not Diluting and VFIN is not shorting, ya know for them to short this stock they would have to put up $2.50 a share as collateral, seems a bit ridiculous when the stock is trading at a nickel. Once these Restricted/Now Unrestricted shares are bought out, we will start climbing back up, I just wished we knew how many shares they have left.
