Why do we refer to those affiliated with the right, as conservatives?
Given thier position on the enviornment, natural resources, human rights, and equal justice for all. Just what it is that they are conserving, other than, "The right of the fortunate to not be restrained in the excercise of tyranny over the unfortunate." The last sentence is a paraphrase from a quote by Bertrand Russel on capitalism.
