They cannot buy during the filing period and they are prohibited from buying if there is imminent news that has not yet made public. I think that at these levels they would buy of they could but from what i can see these guys are not running this company as a pink sheet company and are doing everything possible to prepare for an uplisting. I think they have a ways to go before they do an uplisting but EVERYTHING they are doing is exactly what i would like to see happen.

I think there is a significant skin in the game and there is nobody out there incentivized to make this work than current management. If they succeed we all succeed.
