I can say FOR POSITIVE MLXO "IS NOT" DILUTING THE FLOAT! What we have here is Restricted shares from 2004 that the restrictions are coming off, the company has no control over that, this has already been verified, anyone posting on here that the company is diluting without at least calling to verify will be deleted, period.
