Everyone is asking why they don't say something. You ask yourself why is this stock down 5% while the IBB and Nasdaq are up over 1%? It's because investors don't like uncertainly. Is this silence making people flock to this stock? Obviously not, so the market, ie investors, don't like the silence. It's a no-brainer. And waiting for a deal to get done is not a good investment strategy, especially when there is no hint from management or any analysts that a deal is possible. It's all stupid rumor on this board. There will be NO buyout. None. You heard it here first.
