I imagine you've been getting these questions, but do you know when the preferred shares from BKMP will be credited to my account? Others from other brokers are saying they have them credited already.

FIRST RESPONSE FROM SCOTTRADE:

Thank you for your e-mail. The spin-off from BKMP will be processed today. The shares will be restricted shares and this will be paid to record holders of 9/15/06 as there is no interim.

Please note that due to the position size, one (1) share will = (10000PFD Share Rst) ) in the clients accounts.
Due to the fact that this will be processed today the you will not see it in your account until after tonight.

Hello again,
Thank you for your quick response. Could you explain what you mean by "restricted"? I know they can't trade until there is a symbol, but the original announcement from BKMP said they would not be restricted shares.

Thank you for your response. We have confirmed with DTC today and they have advised us that the shares will not be restricted. We apologize for the confusion.
