Probably because their is 4b outstanding shares?? Trading @ a $40m market cap right now. How much more could the company be worth?
Some will say, yeah but their is a 1.5b share reduction. It hasn't happened yet, therefore the o/S is 4b or perhaps closer to 5B. We find out this week when they file their financial report. Have a feeling most won't want to be holding when it hits, just I'm case o/S maxed near 5B, and sales won't be great in this quarter. All the deals they been landing won't show up tell next quarter.

Buy the hype, sell the news in play here. It will bounce back, but traders will use this catylist to flip and buy back in .005's imo
