ONCI wasn't current for some time and only this June did get current. Current for ONCI which is "Alternative Reporting" means it is filing its financial reports with FINRA but under that heading, they are not required to be audited and ONCI does not have audited filings at this time.

I'll have to find where I read Mr. Berman speaking about that... maybe in that Letter to Shareholders he put out some time back...
