I was tipped off to ABHI from a friend and have been looking at the stock for a couple of weeks now watching slight fluctuations in PPS and catching up on this board.

If I were to take an initial position in this company help me understand the upside opportunities here. What exactly am I investing in and how did it get to where its at?

What is the synergy with BRavetech, Voosh or ABHI or are they all connected into one company or JV's for various product lines?

I find it quite complicated to figure it all out actually.

Can someone help me out with this?
