There has been no pop in 4 years and don't know what's happening with this now but as long as a bid shows up without news to prop it up, there are still a ton of people who want OUT of this, so there where will most likely be no pop. A R/S is always a distinct possibility if there is actually something going and the powers that be want to dilute from a higher range.
