Thanks for pointing this out. That is exactly how the iHub TOS protects liars (both pumpers and bashers). Folks can repeatedly post lies without consequence from iHub.

You and I use a different definition of LIE. Mine is this one:

A false statement made with deliberate intent to deceive; an intentional untruth.
