Steve's going to take the company down with him. It's always been about him, he always refused to cede meaningful authority, his alter ego was Destiny, it was his baby, so now he has nothing.

It's strange because obviously the company has no reserve funds and he owns those millions of shares, which, if his suit succeeds, will be worth a lot less.

I wonder what our friend of "limited downside risk" thinks of Destiny, now? Who's the head of marketing, by the way?
