Nationally legal will not happen anytime at all soon- it would basically be saying that anyone over 21 in any state can possess marijuana- that means that ppl could buy it on the street and sell it on the street- there would really be no way to tell who's possessing to sell smoke, save, it would blur almost any and every existing marijuana law in various ways-
Some states are willing to take the chance, but most aren't and probably won't be for more than a few years-
Which states then are the biggies.
