"Market capitalization refers the total dollar market value of a company's outstanding shares. Commonly referred to as "market cap," it is calculated by multiplying a company's shares outstanding by the current market price of one share."
Without going back maybe I used the wrong term for the right number. Yep at .30 the Market cap would be a hefty $450,000,000 - damn big number IMHO.
My question is what are they putting in it and what are those pieces worth - usually that would be known a bit sooner to warrant current value I think.
Just another thought - anybody have any idea what it will take to get acceptable audits done on all the possible China based private (I assume but ??) companies that might make up these holding companies that we are suggesting are the merger/acquisition targets of the shell? As a long a go auditor I'm just thinking out loud...hope some one has been through this kind of exercise and can enlighten us. I watch some of the one off situations with recent penny mergers and it can be tough and expensive and time consuming it seems.
