Would you people stop saying that they are holding off filing because they have 'big news' to report? They will file when they are done. They will announce PR/8K's when they are ready. Companies of ANY value do not 'time' their financial reports based on prospective news.
They post the fins when they are done, and they post the news when it is ready. STOP SAYING THIS.
Businesses of ANY honesty do not attempt to 'fix' share price by delaying filings. If that is what you believe is happening, then you should probably sell, because you believe the CEO is attempting to trick you.
