I think it's PR's ready to go and a simultaneous activation of the new website. And being that the site is registered as "sky4pay", I think the site will tell us all we need to know about the direction of this company. My bet is still that it is a way for MJ profiteers to get around the big banks not wanting to do business with them. They'll circumvent the banks with cryptocurrency. But this is just a guess and an opinion.
