Full agreement and well said.
Reading "necessary step to securing libraries of data and information" - was my line of thought with application to the Eleison database and preserving the integrity/value. That would be private but will need to interact with public data to add so the ability to create networks of public/private blockchain systems just made sense. It's real application and value overall is much heavier on a Global scale, a global platform. By design and possible application it was rightly named as you stated "interplanetary".
