Thanks GFP. After reading the article I'm glad that I have invested so much in silver. precious metal miners and shorting the XLF. I would benefit from this development in some ways, but the country would be on its way to disintegration. Have's vs have-nots, public sector vs private sector, pension woes, unemployment....If this does indeed take place it will eventually be dangerous chaos. We're already on the edge of a civil war and things are still pretty good economically considering. If the government ever has to live within its means and if Treasury paper had to be priced to risk....the world as we have known it is over.
