I wonder if after the REVERSE SPLIT if Amazon is still going to get it's shares warrants at $1.18 and Walmart at $2.12?

Won't that be a kick in the head to current shareholders.

I personally love this line from the filing.

A reverse stock split would reduce the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding without reducing the total number of authorized shares of Common Stock.

If that not an obvious attempt to dilute current shareholders without them having a say I don't know what is.

In other words they are reducing the number of shares you own while keeping the ability to easily give back to management free shares to replace those they lost without your vote.

Hey, you were warned.
