Liglass Trading failed to transfer 37 million USD to the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to July 10th Investment Agreement concluded by Liglass Trading with the Kyrgyz Government - the Czech company was supposed to pay 37 million USD in 30 working days, i.e. until August 21.
Furthermore, Liglass needs to pay its investment of 16.650 million USD in 30 working days after conclusion of the transfer of 50% share in the Upper Naryn cascade - which took place on August 4th, i.e until September 18.
Floating stock of the China Intelligence Information Systems on behalf of the Czech company Liglass Trading was a clear attempt of a 'pump and dump' operation. Liglass & IICN are in violation of most basic rules on financial transparency and on forward looking statements. Most irresponsible. No! Criminal behaviour!
As you've all been warned before - there is a huge political scandal around this company both in Kyrgyzstan and Czech Republic. Special parliamentary investigation has been launched in both countries.
This contract for all practical matters is void and null.
Buyers beware!
