You're asking how many days to get to 4.50. Could take weeks or just a hand full of trading days. Concerning option plays, buying 4.50 calls now... a month out can yield HUGE $$$$ in the next couple weeks just bouncing to 4.10+ from where we're at today. But, if you can stomach the risk (and or loss) MUCH LARGER gains if buying 4.00 calls today that expire next Friday. That's the game. Timing.
