Oh, I didn't see you post the 9/5 SS numbers, do you have a link?

My understanding is CNXS's TA only updates the SS once a week on Tuesdays. September 5, the date you contacted them, was a Tuesday. That explains why no change in the SS number today.

I posted yesterday's CNXS weighted average trades, one for 90M and a second for over 58M - so yes, that was a large chunk of dilution.

We can't say they'll dump it immediately after shares are issued, but the point is the OS is constantly increasing and those shares are making their way to Form Ts and W Trades.
