I remember Iniki, we had Andrew the same year. They kept showing the epic Iniki metal roof toss as Andrew was approaching on the news. No shortage of hype. Down to reinforcing two gable ends up in the attic now that we have a better idea of wind direction approaching and passing.
Beer on ice for me, compact little leafy things for the girls, and these little plastic containers with a clear liquid in them everywhere. I think they call it water.

It's Gr8investment that just got the word to evacuate in Tampa who's got a lot of new problems. The bay is huge and just a 5 foot storm surge is not good. I wish him luck and patience cause he's gonna be surrounded by self centered fools.
