What matters ALSO sir is the materiality of that claim or those claims in driving revenue for a software product

If the claim is immaterial to the value of the software it doesn't garner much

This has been my whole argument and many here keep ignoring that, what the market is saying - well other than patent swing trader who looks to have dumped 200k shares today! Lol
