D- it has to pay 10's of thousands a year to stay listed
E- the float is owned by very few insiders
F- the convertible debt on the books already when converted will FORCE them to issue more shares as it surpasses the authorized amount(500M)at this price. Just a matter of simple LAW
G- there is NO product
