Yep, seems to be the case, all the Cheerleaders have gone. Soon they will be back.But until this actually has some physical building going on. The PPS will be easily manipulated.

The MM's, P&D's, fly by night, pinky lovers are in control playing their games. Even ground breaking will only last so long. Uplist will only last so long. But actual concrete or a modular building etc..is what is needed.

Is the Hurricane and the aftermath affecting the PPS and the forward process, maybe. But it should have nothing to do with financing, uplisting, or a good ole PR.

Jack needs to get on the news and confront the crisis of the oil refineries being shut down. This will help his cause!
