I'm assuming that Corr either lost or got paid off by Coor's since he doesn't market after his name... but rather Rush Beverage Company.

I'd say that he has the right to market anything by his last name since it is his last name and his family has prominance in the past. If his last name was Coor, then I'd understand the issue. Seems like he's fought all the giants... Pepsi, Coke, Coor's, and now backing Lynch in his battle for McCook Metals. You can't say that he's a boring CEO.
