You clearly do not understand ONCI's..product..Hardware with the app prevents use of the phone while the car is in motion. If the driver disables the hardware an administrator (parent, boss, etc...) is notified. Could even be that your insurance carrier is notified. The other apps do not have this capability and as such are worthless.

ONCI's product is selling for $200 per unit, because it totally prevents distracted driving.
