Never heard an realistic answer to what happened about that. I suspect that Henry Fong (while he was still alive) failed to pony up FFFC's share of the start-up funds for the partnership and defaulted on the deal. Losing the Tommy Chong Card license along with our hopes for a comfortable retirement.
