It is always possible, Orange4Yellow, though the liklihood is infinitesimally low that the company has the desire to submit a FORM 10 or an S-1 or that the SEC would ever approve (ie., make effective) a FORM 10 or S-1. If you take a boo at EDGAR the company would need to audit over 5 years of delinquent Financials....a monumental and likely impossible task.
