A few reasons that I think are.... some investors are pissed from the past and have a grudge, some play the swing in PPS and make a few bucks from it, some work for agencies that have personal vendettas against BLTA, and some want to drive the PPS down to buy themselves at a low price, since they know this Songbird deal is for real! Lots of different reasons... all manipulative!
