I agree we are in a hold by most investors. There are some that are buying and selling to manipulate this stock though IMO. It's low volume PPS manipulation. I do think a few shares are being bought by investors when cheapie's pop up, but the large drops in PPS are commonly 10-100K share sells! That's nothing! That shows that the seller really is limiting what is being sold at that price! Classic sign of PPS manipulation!
