again facts are facts
and the fact is volume has decreased in alignment with PTOI's relentless compression
(2013 to today)

that isn't how OTC *targets* get handled by NR .. even the OTCQB fav i've comp'd PTOI to previously
(and i noted months ago the *turn* was down) .. shows *volume* in relation to NRs' patterns/cycles
