I went back and at looked at the trading of RETC in July, this was more than likely the reason for the drop in share price. The US patent(rejection/partial rejection) should be baked into the share price, the EU and China patents are still pending and in place. We do not know what was rejected from the US patent, until the letter is presented(if in fact it was rejected).
