Next year for Aluf Holdings, yes.

However, my initial remark was with respect to AHIX's subsidiary, "Aluf Biometrics," which will need to file an annual list for $650 by October 31, 2017, THIS YEAR.

If - and it is a mighty BIG IF - Teresa really has an actual biometric acquisition in an actual pipeline, keeping the "biometric" subsidiary announced TWO years ago seems like a pretty good idea.

I wonder if she'll keep it active.

Or let it slip silently into the stinky pink morass of ignominy....
