So Garret Parsons the CEO here, is that the same Garret Parsons from VLNX?

I did a little reading and I Think it is!

VLNX is a development stage company; it established itself by acquiring sale contracts and leads for its revolutionary system, Arc Master I.

The company had recently inked a sale and marketing agreement with Kaes Enterprises, Washington based company to bring on more federal contracts and management expertise for the deployment of the Arc Master I systems. Kaes is currently capable of brining sale contracts for a potential sales of $139 million from the Veterans Administration hospitals as well as from Department of Defense customers in the western US.

VLNX is also gaining business from Japan through an intermediate company, Cell Runner Inc. It recently ordered for two Arc Master I Units for $11.6 million to utilize in remediating hazmat suits used daily by cleanup crews in the Fukushima Nuclear Facility.

It looks a little similar to: let's just say...other things I've read! "Department of Defense" was mentioned to me!

I Think the "inked deal" may have not been inked? I'll do a little more digging to see what I can find!
