A $100M offer now pays out .20.

A $1B offer a year from now pays out $2, maybe a little less to account for dilution.

This is why she is working so hard.

Right now she's not getting a $1B offer.

But, with FDA approval, it is possible.

Her cashflow isn't going to keep the company alive for the time it takes to run all the trials the FDA needs.

Her only options are to basically sell for peanuts now, or try and buy as much time to sell for pistachios next year.
