A lot of traders sell on news days, it happens to most stocks, unless the news is so positive in nature that it brings large volume of buyers, then it will go up

But most traders buy on a dip or a rumor and sell on the actual regardless of how good the news is, or how its trading

take a look at most OTC stocks, its pattern with almost all
