.....point here with all of this, as kimmie told me directly, is the uwb and uwbi financial statements were being TWEAKED.........the tax returns have balance sheets on 'em........so the tax returns become the official financial statements used FOR ANY REASON.................

...kimmie said "they" did all the work because it was bank accounting............."they" meant the FDIC/OCC/FC/venable llp.....and probably a couple of OUR turds..........hence the plug for the lost $150mm................wasn't that the original + secondary stock offering...............????..........30mm shares at $5 per.........GONE WITH THE WIND.....................
