LOL. This is certainly an organized, insolvent fraud. -this scam is INSOLVENT. A third grader would be able to calculate that when you have 20k in revenue and LOSE $$ EVERY QUARTER for years and have LIABILITIES of close to a million dollars there is NO WAY too pay those liabilities including taxes. Especially true when accumulated losses are approaching $3 million. HERE are just some of the payables--hard to pay on 20k in REVENUE--just an INSOLVENT mess.
