I'm sure he would love to post a PR assuaging investor's concerns and to avoid the endless array of investor questions, but he can't unless the company gives him the green light.

Many posters seem to think RO works for us. No, he works and gets paid by the company not us. He works in the investors' behalf but not for them directly. Unless investors employ RO directly, he will not post PRs on their whims and timelines.

Very simple. This is how it works in essence.

IR: "Hey boss, I think we should post a PR, investors need info."

Boss: "No, not yet".
