GIGL PPS will drop to .019 Under the proposed rights offering, "Giggles N' Hugs will distribute to its shareholders non-transferable subscription rights to purchase two shares of Giggles N' Hugs common stock". This is basically a creative way to do a 2 for 1 Reverse/Split
