I cannot dispute that. The only thing I can suggest about the shell, is that it does appear that Richard Oravec does work a lot with Chinese companies and they seem to trust in him. This particular shell (DOLV) definitely wasn't clean. I just believe they will get it cleaned up and that once FINRA feels confident that all the scum is out of the group of insiders - they will approve it. I believe the scum is gone, but FINRA is making sure. JMHO
