the Redwood fund is the one that hold a 100 k from the convertibles on RMRK

and now the RedwoodFund is on Crypto Board as a shareholder !!


i think that part of the deal was to give them shares in the new company and make them shareholders

and the other part of the convertibles are those that were paid with 107 k in cash
