LMAO!! Better news than no news but its a dilution draw down (at maximum $500,000 worth of stock at a time). At current levels there would be a 30% dilution effect. Read the fine print and you will see why the price has jumped a little this morning and is now stalled. This is like a life vest with holes in it!
