San Bernardino is an incorporated town who can make their own laws outside of county regulations. Nipton has to follow the county laws that I posted. I don't know why you insist on rehashing this. The regulations have been posted over and over. It is illegal to do any type of commercial cannabis business in Nipton and it will be for many years to come, despite what the pumpers are posting here. AG will never complete the purchase of Nipton. That's a fact.
